Meetings are informal, and you are welcome to bring a friend if you wish.

Structure of Meetings
Opening:The meeting is opened by a committee member with any annoucements and any useful information
Movement: Consists of loosening movements to relax muscles before relaxation.
Relaxation: Consists of a guided relaxation lasting approximately 20 minutes
Topic: This can consist of discussion and helpful advice. Members can join in if they are able to. We can get speakers in to discuss various therapies.
Finish: Refreshments are served, and members have time to interact with their fellow members.
All conversations discussed in the meeting are confidential, and are to be kept within the confines of the Octopus Centre.
No two meetings are the same!
REST has the use of a lecture theatre in the Octopus Centre which has a digital projector. This enables us to give powerpoint presentations.
